Tembeek Rent Book
Rent Book Web gives owners and staff shared browser access, user roles, arrears visibility and accountable history. Excel remains available when one operator and one workbook are genuinely enough.
One-time licenses
Browser access for a small operation that needs shared records without the Business edition’s larger limits.
Tembeek Managed
Choose a plan during checkout. The first month or year is paid with the one-time license; Tembeek manually invoices later renewals until subscription payments are enabled.
Excel or web?
| Question | Excel edition | Web editions |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | One owner or collector | Shared operations and growth |
| Access | One active workbook | Browser access for licensed users |
| Concurrent use | Not safely supported | Supported within edition limits |
| Backup | Manual customer backup | Self-managed or Tembeek Managed |
| Control | Workbook-level history | Central roles and audit by edition |
| Hosting fee | None | Optional managed plan |
The Excel edition technically blocks a 21st unit. Archived units still count unless Tembeek verifies a genuine replacement. The first verified replacement is free; later replacements carry a $10 administration fee. Tenant turnover is not a unit replacement.
Upgrade protection: the $79 license portion is credited toward a web edition when you upgrade within 12 months.
