Website measurement
Tembeek reviews website activity through cPanel AWStats, which summarizes the web server’s access logs. No AWStats JavaScript is added to your browser, and Tembeek does not set an analytics cookie for this purpose.
The site also records limited first-party event totals when someone starts or submits an inquiry, assessment or career form, or selects a service, download, email or WhatsApp link. These records contain only the date, event name, page path and aggregate count. They do not contain an IP address, contact detail, cookie identifier or visitor profile.
Your browser’s session storage is used only to avoid counting the same action repeatedly during that browsing session; its value is not sent to Tembeek. The aggregate totals help us understand which pages and contact routes are useful, while AWStats summaries cover requested pages, general referral sources, approximate countries, browser types and technical errors.
Information in server logs
Like most websites, the hosting server can record the requested URL, date and time, IP address, browser or user-agent information, referring page and response status. This information is used for security, reliability, troubleshooting and aggregated traffic reporting.
Log retention and deletion follow the configuration of Tembeek’s hosting account. Tembeek does not sell server-log information.
Messages, assessments and career interest
When you submit the general inquiry, hotel assessment or career-interest form, Tembeek stores the information you provide—including contact details, organization, hotel, education, experience, operating needs and your consent—so we can evaluate the submission and respond. Each submission receives a reference number.
Submission records are stored in a restricted directory outside the public website and an email notification is sent to Tembeek’s sales inbox. Consultation information is used for follow-up, service planning, security and ordinary business records. Career-interest information is used to consider and contact candidates about suitable Tembeek opportunities; joining the register does not guarantee placement.
Records are reviewed periodically and retained only while reasonably needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Tembeek does not request a CV through the public career-interest form.
Other services
The website’s fonts, styles, scripts, images and capability sheets are served directly from Tembeek’s domain. Cloudflare and the hosting provider process ordinary request and security information while delivering and protecting the site. If you choose a WhatsApp or email fallback link, that provider receives the prepared message when you send it.
The downloadable contact card at /c/dut/ is a static file. Downloading it or a capability sheet does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Your choices
You may contact Tembeek to ask about personal information supplied through business correspondence, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where retention is not required for legitimate business, contractual, security or legal purposes.
You can browse the public website without completing a form or saving the contact card.
